We are proud to offer a comprehensive three-year warranty on our kayaks and rafts, covering manufacturer's defects from bow to stern. Our commitment to quality is backed by our extensive experience in designing and supplying high-quality inflatable boats.

Warranty Coverage:

• Non-Commercial Use: Our products are covered for three years from the date of purchase for non-commercial users.
• Commercial Use: For commercial operators, including rental services, the warranty is valid for six months from the date of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers:

This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship. However, it does not cover the following:

• Damage due to negligence, improper use, lack of maintenance, accidents, or incorrect repairs
• Alterations or customizations
• Abrasions, tears, punctures, or normal wear and tear
• Color fading due to exposure to sunlight or normal aging of fabrics and materials
• Aesthetic imperfections such as over-gluing or minor flaws

Additional Details:

• Shipping and Returns: If a defect is confirmed, AquaKaft will repair or replace the defective part(s). Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the product is deemed defective by AquaKaft, in which case we will cover the shipping fees.
• International Orders: AquaKaft is not responsible for import duties, taxes, or fees associated with shipping replacement products internationally.

Important Notes:

• Warranty claims must be supported by documentation, including digital photographs of the defect.
• For returns, please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Limitation of Liability:

AquaKaft's obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. We are not liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
