We are proud to offer a comprehensive three-year warranty on our kayaks and rafts, covering manufacturer's defects from bow to stern. Our commitment to quality is backed by our extensive experience in designing and supplying high-quality inflatable boats.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Non-Commercial Use: Our products are covered for three years from the date of purchase for non-commercial users.
  • Commercial Use: For commercial operators, including rental services, the warranty is valid for six months from the date of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers:

This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship. However, it does not cover the following:

  • Damage due to negligence, improper use, lack of maintenance, accidents, or incorrect repairs
  • Alterations or customizations
  • Abrasions, tears, punctures, or normal wear and tear
  • Color fading due to exposure to sunlight or normal aging of fabrics and materials
  • Aesthetic imperfections such as over-gluing or minor flaws

Additional Details:

  • Shipping and Returns: If a defect is confirmed, AquaKaft will repair or replace the defective part(s). Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the product is deemed defective by AquaKaft, in which case we will cover the shipping fees.
  • International Orders: AquaKaft is not responsible for import duties, taxes, or fees associated with shipping replacement products internationally.

Important Notes:

  • Warranty claims must be supported by documentation, including digital photographs of the defect.
  • For returns, please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

AquaKaft's obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. We are not liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Highly Recommend

Its awesome. I have a trolling motor and the boat is so light, that its really fast. You can stand up on it no problem. I have two seats. I can't think of anything that is bad about it.

Great Customer Service! Will be purchasing from AquaKaft again

I was a bit wary of committing to an inflatable boat. After extensive research and reading reviews, I went ahead and made the purchase. The 16' Skiff arrived from the east coast within a week, very fast. I had an issue with the boat right out the gate, however, it was inconsequential being AquaKaft's customer service is top notch, and they quickly rectified the issue. The high level of customer service and very rapid attention to resolving issues has shown me this company completely backs its high-quality boats. Rest assured you will get what you expect and what has been advertised. The boat...Awesome, it is everything they state on their website. I could not be happier with my purchase. This inflatable is amazing. It is hard to believe it is an inflatable, solid, rigid and a spacious deck to fish from. Unloading from car and set up takes me approximately 30 minutes. I have a 4 hp outboard on transom and an electric trolling motor on the bow. Gets me to fly fishing spots not accessible from shore.

Love Love the Boat!

I love the boat no trailer and little storage. Went out in the ocean off of San Diego California 20 miles out offshore in 6-8 foot swells. It handled alot better than I expected. Great fishing vessel. Highly recommend for someone on a budget. I have a Mercury 6hp. It's perfect for the boat. It gets up to 12 mph. That's perfect for the swells in the pacific ocean. It's a game changer. I have alot of photos but this site will only let me take a picture and not share photos.

Fantastic!

Just got back from 2 weeks fishing at Hatteras NC. The FSK 16 is a great inflatable boat, my wife and I enjoyed everything about it. I will be ordering other attachments for my on preference but overall it is prefect. I have it pared with a 5 horse Honda. Moves it along just fine. I would like to see SeaEagle come up with an inflatable plug for where you inflate the keel to make the floor more stable in that area. Otherwise this is a great product

Great Design

I think the SE16 is a practical design. I used it with a Mercury 3.5 and a Honda 2.3. Not enough HP to get her up on plane, but enough to get around. A very stable platform and since I fish alone most of the time, I can carry a lot of gear. Good for poling, fly fishing etc.
